Shuchii Rider Partner Agreement — key terms
By applying, you agree to partner with Shuchii Ind on the following terms (summary). The full agreement is available from hello@shuchiind.com.
• Independent contractor: You are a self-employed partner, not an employee; there is no fixed salary or employee benefits, except statutory social-security entitlements where applicable.
• Earnings: Per-trip and batch delivery fees as per the rate card shown in the rider app (distance-banded), paid to your verified bank / UPI account on a weekly cycle.
• Cash (COD): Cash collected from customers is the Company's money held in trust and must be remitted as required; shortfalls are recoverable from you.
• Vehicle & documents: You maintain a valid driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance, and follow all traffic laws.
• Care of items: Handle customer garments with care; you are responsible for loss or damage while items are in your custody.
• Confidentiality: Customer data is used only to complete deliveries and kept confidential.
• Social security: You will register on e-Shram / UAN; the Company contributes to the social-security fund as required under the Code on Social Security, 2020.
• Non-solicitation: You will not divert Shuchii customers or orders off the platform.
• Relationship: Non-exclusive, principal-to-principal. Governed by Indian law, Odisha jurisdiction, disputes via arbitration.
